License Agreement

1License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Explyra™ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the platform.

2Restrictions

Under this license, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or resell the platform or any part of it
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the software
• Distribute, transfer, or sublicense access to unauthorized parties
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or watermarks
• Use the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws

3Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the Explyra™ platform — including source code, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of Explyra™ and its founders.

This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You are only receiving a limited right to use the platform as described herein.

5Termination of License

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Explyra™ if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the platform and destroy all copies, full or partial, of any related documentation.
