Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible, you must not have violated our Terms of Service and the refund must be for a valid reason relating to platform functionality or billing errors.
We offer a free trial period so users can evaluate the Explyra™ platform before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly encourage all users to take advantage of the free trial before purchasing.
Refunds will not be issued if a free trial was already used before the subscription purchase, as the platform's capabilities were available for evaluation.
If you are eligible for a refund, the amount refunded will be the subscription price paid, minus any applicable processing fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Only the most recent billing cycle is eligible for a refund. Previous billing period charges are non-refundable.

For users residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase ("Cooling-off Period"). However, by accessing the platform and initiating data processing or AI analysis, you explicitly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that your right to a full refund may be waived.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that banking institutions and credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
