1Security Culture

At Explyra™, security is not just a feature; it's the foundation of everything we build. Our security policy is designed to protect our infrastructure and your data through a combination of professional engineering practices, rigorous testing, and continuous monitoring.

2Data Encryption

We use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your information at every stage:

  • In Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) with strong cipher suites.
  • At Rest: Sensitive data stored in our databases is encrypted using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256).
  • Key Management: We utilize managed key management systems (KMS) with hardware security modules (HSM) for cryptographic operations.

3Infrastructure Security

Our services are hosted on world-class cloud infrastructure providers (Google Cloud and AWS) which maintain SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and Tier III/IV data center certifications.

  • Network Isolation: We use Virtual Private Clouds (VPC) and strict firewall rules to isolate our internal systems from the public internet.
  • DDoS Protection: Automated mitigation systems are in place to prevent Distributed Denial of Service attacks.
  • Regular Audits: We conduct internal security reviews and automated vulnerability scanning on a weekly basis.

4Application Security

We follow secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10) throughout our software development lifecycle (SDLC):

  • Authentication: We support multi-factor authentication (MFA) and utilize secure session management.
  • Input Validation: All user inputs are sanitized and validated to prevent SQL injection, XSS, and other common attacks.
  • Security Headers: We implement modern browser security headers including Content Security Policy (CSP) and HSTS.

6Incident Response

In the unlikely event of a security incident, we maintain a comprehensive Incident Response Plan (IRP). This plan includes defined roles, communication protocols, and procedures for containment, eradication, and recovery. We will notify impacted customers in accordance with our legal and contractual obligations.
